Each capsule contains:
- Magnesium (as glycinate) 100mg
- Herbal extract equiv. dry - Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome 667mg
Dosage
Adults: Take 3 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
